Faculdade Souza Lima — Cultural Coordination and Artistic Programming

Cultural coordination, artistic programming and project development through a partnership dedicated to music, education and emerging talent.

Between 2017 and 2020, Árvore Cultural provided ongoing cultural coordination for Faculdade Souza Lima, an institution dedicated to music education and recognized for its role in developing musicians and music industry professionals.

The partnership involved program planning, performance production, artist liaison, business meetings and cultural project development. During this period, concerts and events featured artists such as João Alexandre, Léo Versolato, Roberta Campos, Nila Branco, Bandolim Elétrico, Flávio Dias e Banda and others at different stages of their careers.

Árvore Cultural also developed specific projects and secured their approval, expanding the institution’s opportunities for programming, partnerships and investment. Although not all of these projects secured funding, this work demonstrated expertise in project development, planning and creating cultural opportunities.

In 2020, this work included the opening of Faculdade Souza Lima’s new premises. One of the final events of that period was the launch event featuring Roberta Campos, held on March 13, shortly before the pandemic brought in-person activities to a halt.

The experience established a positive institutional relationship that continues to this day and strengthened Árvore Cultural’s work in cultural coordination, artistic programming, project development and connections between the institution, artists and the cultural sector.
