About Us
We turn art and culture into projects, assets and opportunities that create value, impact and lasting legacy.
Since 2003, Árvore Cultural has connected ideas, artists, companies, institutions, investors and communities. Founded by Dirce Abreu, we have built our track record by producing cultural experiences, managing projects and helping artistic ideas become viable, relevant and sustainable.
Our work includes projects such as Tocar, Tarde Instrumental, Tribos de São Miguel, M.U.S.A., Concerto Bandolim, Som da Motown and Esquina de Minas. Together, they reflect our ability to lead teams, build partnerships, manage resources and turn cultural ideas into meaningful experiences for diverse audiences.

Our Purpose
To create the conditions for art to transform lives, strengthen communities, and leave lasting legacies.
We believe in art’s power to broaden perspectives and in culture’s ability to foster lasting development. Our work is to recognize this potential, shape it strategically, and connect it with the people and institutions that can help it grow.

A New Perspective on Culture
We see art and culture as more than a cost, a one-off initiative or something sustained only by tax incentives. Approached strategically, they become assets that build identity, strengthen relationships and create new opportunities for growth and investment.
We consider every initiative from four perspectives: artistic, social, institutional and economic. We then identify the audiences, partnerships, markets and revenue models that can support its long-term growth.
Turning Ideas into Viable Projects
Árvore Cultural designs strategies and operating models that connect cultural projects with companies, foundations, investors and new markets. We shape each project's value proposition, assess feasibility and build the partnerships needed to move it forward.
Tax incentives remain important, but they are only one part of the picture. Depending on the project, we combine them with direct investment, sponsorship, licensing, touring, services, product sales and institutional partnerships.
From Idea to Impact
We can join a project at the concept stage and stay with it all the way through — from research and planning to partnerships, production, communications and results.
We do more than bring projects to life. We create thoughtful solutions that make art and culture a strategic force connecting society, business, investors and communities.
A Network Built on Trust
Over the years, we have built a trusted network through long-standing relationships, new collaborations and partnerships created around specific projects. Most of our opportunities come through referrals — a sign of the trust we earn, project by project.

What Drives Us
